Stage director Annechien Koerselman has created a fabulous theatrical performance with modest means. The by mother the woman ironed tablecloths change into nun dresses, a red scarf turns into a sexy string. Household objects provide the percussive accompaniment of 'Lady Madonna' by The Beatles. To speak with Leonard Bernstein: "The most beautiful sound I ever heard, Mary."

Very intelligently written and composed and with the attributes used by the young women, thought out by stage director Annechien Koerselman, it became fully music theatre. The life of a woman at a glance.
A brilliant performance, not just a concert, but also theater because of the use of everyday attributes as kitchenware and umbrellas, and dance steps on a small area. Very clever, witty, but also touching. The five Marys demonstrated and let us hear many facets of women's lives. And everything with a smile, a tear and a stunning artistry.

Wishful Singing brings wonderful a cappella music, occasionally with accompaniment by cello, but always with a strong stage presence. The ladies are on top of the choreography and from the first song "Which one of the three" to the last work "Salve Regina" they got the public on their side.
Mary appeared in a variety of flavors. Like Lady Madonna by The Beatles, in which a light blue cloth turned into a scarf, but also in the beautifully staged Ave Maria.
Because so much is happening on stage SKOA decides after the break to use the projector and display the show on the walls. This to delight of the audience, which sat in the back row.

In a packed church a wonderful concert was given about Mary and mothers.
